Adam Półgrabia - President
He graduated from the faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Technical University of Lodz. He also completed postgraduate studies in: "Technology transfer and marketing of technological innovation" at the Warsaw University of Technology, "European Integration" at the College of Management and Law in Warsaw, and "Executive Coaching" at Kozminski University.
He began his career at INWAR S.A. in Sieradz. Since 1991, he has held executive positions in the company. In 1998 he was the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Invar System S.A. Then, he became the Vice President of the Management Board of OPTIMUS S.A. and the Director-General of Systems. At the same time, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Optimus Lockheed Martin S.A. In addition, he gained professional experience when working for Softbank S.A. as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. From 2003, he has been the Proxy of the Management Board and Director-General of Public Sector Sales at Computer Land S.A. (Now Sygnity S.A.). Since 2008 he has been working for JW PROJAN GROUP, where he has been responsible for building new and innovative business areas. He is currently the Vice President of Marketing and Sales at JW PROJAN S.A. and CEO at: ISM Euro Center S.A., WorldIXI Poland S.A. and World IT Systems Sp. z o. o.
Artur Sikora - Vice President of Strategic Management
In 1999-2001 he was the Director of the Marketing and Development Bureau of Communication Networks at L & L. He developed a unique project of building Operator Commercial Services selling telecommunications services to customers of the large enterprises sector. From 2001, he has worked for ComputerLand S.A. (currently Sygnity S.A.), where he first served as a Director of Sales in the Telco Sector. Then, he moved up to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Sygnity Sector Group, and on the basis of long-term development forecasts prepared a sales strategy. He also created a competency portfolio of all of Computerland S.A. Group’s companies. In 2007-2009 he was the Vice President of the Management Board at CUBE Corporate Release S.A., where he was building and implementing the sales strategy and modifying the organizational structure.
Since November 2009, Artur Sikora has been the Vice President of the Management Board of WorldIT Systems Sp. z o. o. He is responsible for the company's product strategy.
Michal Tober - Vice President of Marketing
He graduated with honors from the faculty of Law at The University of Warsaw. After completing the legal adviser’s application, from 2001 to 2003 he was the Government Spokesman. Then, in the years 2003 – 2004, he was the Deputy Minister of Culture. From 2001 to 2007, he was a Polish Sejm deputy. From 2007, he was advisor to the Managment Board of JW PROJAN S.A. At the same time, he was also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Bankowe Technologie DUKAT Company.
Since August 2010, he has been the Vice President of WorldIT Systems Sp. z o. o.
Waksmundzki Marcin - Vice President of New Technologies
His first job was at Adecco Poland Sp. z o.o., where he was responsible for interoperator settlements of one of the clients. Then, he gained professional experience working as a Computer Specialist at Candela Sp. z o.o. Since 2008, he has been associated with JW PROJAN S.A., where he oversees the company's technology investments. First, he served as the Director of Technology and now he is the Vice President of Technology. In January 2011, he became the Vice President of WorldIT Systems Sp. z o.o. – a company belonging to JW PROJAN GROUP. He is also the Vice President of the Management Board of two other companies belonging to the GROUP: ISM EuroCenter S.A. and WorldIXI Poland S.A.
